14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To cancel, send us a clear statement with your order number before the 14 days have passed – email support@nixstore.store or use our contact form.
Returning the item
- Return the item within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- The item should be in the same condition as you received it, with all accessories included.
- You pay the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We'll send you the return address when you contact us.
Refunds
We refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that it has been sent. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You also have the statutory right to complain about defects under EU consumer law.
